Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Can not run Tool -> Update Progress

Hi.
I’m using P6.2. Sometimes the function Tool->Update Progress is disable (grey out), I can not use it, even the project is opened.
Does anyone face the same error like me?

Hi Khuong,

I supposed you want to use the "automatic update" function and just suggesting to do it in your "baseline schedule".

If you use "automatic update" in your current schedule, that means you are progressing exactly as planned (which seldom or never happens, I guess?).

Hi,

You need to show the Gantt Chart, if on top only show activity table then that option is grey out.
