Website Upgrade Incoming - we're working on a new look (and speed!) standby while we deliver the project

Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

One question as simple as this:

As default, my projects when created have Standard 5 days working days with basic holidays.

In one particular project, I was trying to change the calendar to Standard calendar.

What I did? Inside Project Workspace, I selected the project and changed the Activity Calendar field in the Bottom Pane/General. Primavera assumes this change, but when I’m in the Activity Workspace, activities still have old calendar. Even pressing "F9", activities don’t assume the Project Calendar Definition.

Best regards,
AF

Hi Antonio,

In Project Windows --> Default Tab --> Calendar, if you intend to change the calendar it will only intended for the new added activities and not for all existing activities.

In order to change the calendar assigned to the existing activities you need to run the global change or by showing the calendar in the column in activity window, and use the fill down or CTRL+E.

Regards.
