Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

The best way I’ve found....

Use SDK (API, direct SQL link, etc...) to get the TASK_SPREAD, RSRC_SPREAD, or WBS_SPREAD Tables, you can then grab the EV, PV, and AC by month or financial period... then create the s-curves someplace else... access,crystal,excel...

Or... you can spend $25k on Primavera’s new ERD (Enterprise Reporting Database) that seems to pull the information the same way...

I don’t know what the other posts suggest... but I’ve found graphical reports to be significantly lacking in P6.. which is why I think Primavera themselves recommend crystal anytime you start wanting better reporting...

Well David, i ve checked and found something but that is not really as good as in p3, that is like viewing and like monitoring resources or costs, shortly what i got is in p5 or p6 graphical reports doesnt exist.

Kamil,

There have been SO MANY posts about this, I am not surprised that no-one has retyped the instructions! Perhaps you could use the "search" facility and I am sure you will find the right instructions - otherwise I am sure you will post again!
