Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi everybody,
I work on P6 and I’m working on Layouts these days like 1 week look ahead only and we need to display on the Timescale the date and not just the day.

For example : I want to display : 09|10 etc...instead of : Wed|Thr|etc...

I can’t find a way and it really pisses me off as it is for me a basic that P6 should be able to display.

Thanks by advance for your answers.

Indeed I zoomed In & Out...
The closest way to get only dates is via the day/shift selection but it stills makes a line appear ’0’ for shift.

I really don’t understand how P6 has been made sometimes. These are basics...must-have settings actually...

Nicolas,
Have you tried to use "Zoom In" and "Zoom Out" after you have done changes to your "timescale Format"?

Well the options given are in View Time scale, then Type Calnder, Date interval Day/Shift.

I beleave this is the closest to your question.
