Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hello Friends

Im new to Primavera P5.0. I have a problem when scheduling the project. The Early start dates of completed activities are also updated with in progress activities. I am producing reports in the layout itself. So I dont want the Early start column to be updated for completed activities. I hope somebody will have the solution. Thanx in Advance

Thanx for ur reply. But for the solution, if i give start and finish for ES & EF, then the columns will be updated with actual start and actual finish

Your post is better on forum "Primavera Enterprise - Teamplay / P3e & P3ec" since P5.0 is under that category.

Anyway, select the field "Start" and "Finish" rather ES/EF
