Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Mimoune,
P3 calculate resource percent complete by resource proportion or weightings.
ex:Act1 have 2 resource with diff resource % complete
R1 = 40 units * 20% = 8 unit
R2 = 80 units * 25% = 20 unit
R/C % complete = (8+20)/(40+80) = 23.33% or 23%

what i don’t understand is when you show resource percent complete on a column, and you have two resources assigned to one activity, how P3 calculate the percent complete for the two resource together !

Hi

I have not P3 open right now but here is a starter for 10 (or 2):

Group & Sort by resource and set the columns to display % complete.

Or, Export activity data grouped by resource. Export Total budget Quantity, Actual, and remaining and you can derive % Complete from this

Hope this helps.
