Website Upgrade Incoming - we're working on a new look (and speed!) standby while we deliver the project

Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

We are running P6 with Service Pack 3. How can we get the upgrade to Service Pack 4? I could not find the upgrade on the Primavera web site.

Service packs are no longer available for Primavera version 6.0

The latest available version of Primavera is Primavera P6 version 6.2 and is available to customers with current maintenance by submitting your request via http://primavera.com/upgrades.

Primavera would like to ensure that all customers are using the most current version of our software. Primavera was required to rewrite portions of our software to conform to Oracle’s policies and standards. Because older versions do not conform to Oracle development policies, they are not approved for distribution by Oracle. Now that Primavera is an Oracle owned company, we can no longer distribute these files.
