Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear all
I have no.of projects in one master project. Contractual dates are different for almost every project. While P3 calculates total float for the last project. How can i force p3 to calculate total float for every project when finish date is different for everyone. I tried to apply zero total float for last milestone of the individual project but it made zero and negative for projects finishing earlier. Please help

You need to add a Finish-no-later-than constraint to the last milestone of each project using that project’s required finish date. Good luck!
