Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear Friends,

i have been using Primavera for 5 years. But still i am not familiar with the use of Layout / Options/ Organize and Snapshot activity list.

Can anybody tell the exact use???????????????????

Layouts are something that you must learn to use.
When you have setup all the groupings, columns, filters and fonts you want save it as a layout. This way you can reopen your layout again without having to go through all that again. A Snapshot is a way of saving all your groups and sortings so that you can save time not having to reorder or filter your project thus saving you time. An "SS" is displayed on the left of the Layouts name.
