Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Resource Leveling Need Help

I need to maintain the Resource Leveled dates and I want to know what to expect when I resource level and turn off the option to ’Preserve scheduled early and late dates". Please in you have any information on this I would greatly appreciate it if you could post it back to me.

No one in my dept knows much about resource leveling!!!

P3ec has two places where dates can go, early dates and planned dates. When you perform a CPM analysis, the calculations go into the early dates section. When you do a resource leveling, the new leveled dates go into the planned dates section. The leveled dates will also go into the early dates section unless you use the option that you asked about.
