Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Guys/Girls, I need your help i am preparing rundown curves for a number of commissioning projects, some of the projects are resourced some are task driven with no resources.

I can produce the baseline curves and the actual progress and the forecast to completion curves using remaining manhours, for the task driven schedule i am trying to use total float remaining each month to give me a forecast to completion rundown curve and this is not working out effectively, if i try using an average over the last 4 months that is giving me a curve but of linear proportion,

Has anybody any idea of the best way to produce this
