Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Tranfering All Layout Views one time

Hi

I am facing this problem:

I need to transfer all Layout Views from Program to another in P3,I have a lot of layouts,but I found it difficult to transfer one by one.

Any one have Idea about transfering All the Views one time would be Appreciated.

Hi Ali

I am pretty sure that all you need to do is copy the layout file in P3 over to the new directory.
Eg
Project ACME Layouts to Project ABCD copy

Step 1 Copy ACMELAY.p3 to the ABCD Project folder
Step 2 Delete the ABCDLAY.p3 file
Step 3 Rename ACMELAY.p3 to ABCDLAY.p3

I am fairly sure that I did this a month or so ago
