Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi All, 

Good morning, 

 

I have below question and I appreciate if you give me any soultion,

 

I have 8 projects and more than 40 contractors and one layout for each, every week I create 40 layouts and 40 repetitive works, is there any way to create PDfs from layouts in one click?

 

I also tried reports but as I have more than one projects open it dosen't save my repoort, and I think it is a bug from Oracle.

 

I look forward for any suggestion and thanks from now.

in P6 go to tools then reports then batch reports and batch them
