Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear All,
I received these comments regarding program narrative from client.

"The Narrative shall define the strategy of how the Supplier will execute/implement the project including but not limited to; logic used in programme, calendar to be used, interface with third parties, risks that could impact the programme, logistic process, delivery, etc.. (Executive Summary)."

Can anyone please share any sample templates for the report.

Milestone Analysis Summary

(list the status of all milestones in the schedule)

 

Critical Path Analysis:

(list the current critical path through the project)

 

 

Graphically, show the Critical Path

(this can be in summary format from Gantt chart)

 

Schedule Progress:

(Tabular data)

 

Show the activities started these reporting period

Show the activities finished during this reporting period.

Show the activities which were in-progress this reporting period  (This means these were started in a previous reporting period but are not yet complete).

 

Change Orders:

(List the number of change orders issued to date)

 

RFI’s:

(List the number of request for information issued to date)

 

Adverse Weather:

(List and adverse weather experienced list the date and critical path activity affected)

 

Delays and Impacts:

(List the delays to the project either previous or current)

 

Impacts:
(List any impacts to the project either previous or current)

(List any activities added and why)

(List any activities deleted and why)

(List and activities changed and why)
