Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Remaining Units on Manual Resource Curve

Activity 4 weeks in duration, duration % complete, 100 Planned Units added as resource manual curve over the 4 weeks as 50 20 20 10. Activity started on Baseline Start date, Exoected Finish applied as per Baseline Finish. Data date moved on a week. Past period performance stored. 25% progress seen on activity. First week of Actual Period Units has 50 hours stored as expected. Remaining Units though now read 28 13 8. Why don't they read 20 20 10 as per the Planned Units please? Can't find any help anywhere that's tells me how these Remaining Units have been calculated. Any help appreciated. Using P6 version 8.3.2.

make sure that your duration type is fixed duration and units/time
