Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi!

Please need help.

After exporting a P6 project to MPP, several activities durations are showing incorrect durations - however you tried to correct the start and finish dates the duration stays incorrect?

Hi Mark. Many thanks for the help. I just re-create the incorrect duration activities in MPP, and yes I believe too that calendars has something more to do with these problem. Have a good day.

Hi Vic,

 

There are several things that could cause that.

Firstly, you may have working time in P6 which is non-working time in MS. Check your calendars, weekends, bank holidays etc.

Also, has this occurred on LOE of summary bars? Th eimport process could alter these.

If you have any further trouble, delete these few activities and then re-create them.
