Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I am very new to P6 user. I create the schedule in P6. but i am not able to create s - curve & histograme for total resoure, which is request by our management.
Can sombody advise me, how to prepare the S - Curve & histogram in P6.
Second one, i create schedule with activity codes. for some milestone activities, i did not asign sub area activity codes. while i group / sort complete activities, milestone activities are showning no sub activities codes. Can somebody explain me, how i can remove those heading from over all schedule
Please above queries are very important to me to submit my schedule to my management. so any one advice me

Hi Sundar,

Unfortunately, you cannot show the value in the histogram. You can do it in Excel Sheet. Just go to Resource assignment copy & paste.

For the resources S-Curve & Histograme you need to go to Activity window and press the "Resource Usage Profile" in the Activity toolbar and it will open in the bottom where you can select the requiered resources and also you can change the shown details by right click the graph and selecting the "Resource Usage Profile options...".
