Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I have not personally attended any of their seminars, but have heard nice things about them. One of the gentlemen that conducts some of their seminars, Joel Levitt, has also written several books. I reviewed one of them here: Managing Maintenance Shutdowns and Outages

Thanks Bernard..for those links. I got most of my requirements.

This New Standard Institute that you have mentioned, also conducts some seminars & Technical cources. Do you have any experience with them ?

Why i am asking is that I am planning to attend one of those seminars in June.
