(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?
(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.
Hi Everybody ,
I exported a resource assignement excel file to change budgeted units and other data, when importing the resource is doubled (as shown in the attched image) , i recalculated the assignement costs , but still i will have to manualy remove the doubled resource and this will be a tediuos process as there is a lot of af activities .
Hope to find a fix to this problem.

go to Projects DIRECTORY and make sure that your project is open
then click on teh Resources tab at the bottom then look on the lower left where it says Resource Assignment
UNCHECK Resources can be assigned to the same activity more than once.
