(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?
(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.
What is the best practice on resource assignment. Is it good to create resources for each project or use the global resource. What would be issue if we just use the global resource, please.

In P6 there is no such thing as Project Resources, all resources are listed in a single Global pool. Your bext option is to organise the Resources into a hierarchy that matches your EPS structure and in that respect you can create project specific reosurces by naming them.
