Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

All activities being critical, is the same as no activities being critical.

Thanks Both Santosh and Zoltan, I agree with you both. I'm awar making all activities critical is not correct. This request actually is becouse of 9 months delay in the project and client wants to know if all activities get critical what will happen to the project finish date.

the only way that there is no float is when the activity is finished. You can't remove float you can adjust is value by increasing or reducing durations, changing logic or by adding constrcint dates.

total float is a calculation between the early dates and the late dates plain and simple.

You dont "remove" float. Float is a output of the critical path method scheduling calculation.

If you're gaming your schedule to show a sequence of tasks as critical, then look at the total float value of a task, and increase its duration by the total float amount, and then it and all subsequent tasks should appear as critical.

But I would suggest a more thorough review of the schedule to understand why you want to do the above.
