Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hello,

I need to compare Baseline Duration %Complete versus Actual Duration % Complete. I know that I can see this with "Schedule % Complete" column at activity level, not WBS Level. Schedule % Complete uses EV data for WBS. But what I need is to compare duration COmplete at WBS level.  In order to do it, I created a dummy "duration" resource for each activity. Each activity's original duration is equal to its resources. I use this data when I export it to excel, not in primavera. Is there a way that I can creaye uSer defined column or etc. to calculate Baseline Planned Duration COmplete at WBS level?

Thank you.

Thank you Zolfan; but what I am trying to figure out is something else. I will try to explain with an example. I have a schedule with 5 activities eact having "original duration" equal to 20. Total sum of activity durations is 5x20=100days.

Lets say 20 days later only one activity should finish. It means that my activity duration progress is 20/100=20%. But in actual situtation, only one acticity is progressed by %50, which means 10days. My actual activity duration progress is 10%.

How can I show these 10% and 20%s at WBS Summary level?

Thanks,

Gulsah
