(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?
(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

For P6, say Task A is the predecessor as Task B and Task C is the successor for Task B.
If I delete Task B, can the linking from Task A-Task B become Task A to Task C?

Alternatively you could change task B into a milestone to leave a record of the change.

If you delete Task B, you will have to manually add the link from Task A to Task C
If you instead dissolve Task B, Primavera will automatically add the new link for you
