Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

How do you assign weight to the activities

Hi, i need to specify the weight (incidence, etc) of the activity. Using the resources....a mean work hours...

if i have:

 

Proyect Name            10 working hours (summarize)       % of working hours of total

- Act 1                      2 working hours                             20%

- Act 2                      2 wh                                            20%

- Act 3                      2 wh                                            20%

- Act 4                      4 wh                                            40%

 

how do you show this percent? .... do you have to create?? how do you create?? .... (sorry my english), hope you can helpme

You will never have to apply weighting again if you set your programme at level 4 with each task representing one trade in one location.
