I am having huge problems trying to export a project created in MS Project (by my owner) into Primavera's P4 Contractor.

I need help so that I don't have to recreate the entire project from scratch. Anyone know a way or a file conversion utility to accomplish this?

Primavera is not compatible with MSP 2007. You must save your MSP either as MSP 2003 or as an XML file and then import it into P4.
