Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi There,

In P3 Help File:

Define Activity Codes and Values

Article #5) to specify the order for codes in layouts or reports, enter a number from 1 to 254 in the order column. If this field is blank, P3 sorts the values in alphanumeric order, considering blanks first, then numbers and letters.

This is very useful I think.

But could you tell me, how can we sort the codes in loyouts in Microsoft Project (version 2003) like P3? (as explained above)

Regards
