Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hello,

We have been experiencing a level of page load errors recently, as a result we have been modifying various scripts to make the pages less vulnerable to time-out problems. Our ISP advises that it is a web-connectivity issue, rather than a Planning Planet (or their servers) issue.

If anyone has experienced some pages refusing to load, can you (when you can access the site) give us a note of the error message that the browser was giving. This will help us to get the ISP (server provider) to take some action - or will give us a clue as to the route of the errors.

Many thanks.
