Planner

  • Monitors actual progress with the schedule, assessing its impact, gives cause and effect relationship and necessary corrections.
  • Monitors the implementation and maintains all documentation relative to good and bad performance of all parties in a manner that is complete, correct and well correlated.
  • Prepares Weekly & Monthly Accomplishment Reports. Prepares Project Schedules and project presentations.
  • Coordination with subcontractors. Attends weekly meeting/ appointments of the PM, Subcontractors and other key personnel.
  • Prepares catch-up schedules as appropriate.
  • Ensures the implementation of the quality plans and objectives of the department and project assignment.
