Project Controls Manager

With 20 over years experience within Project Control’s, my career has developed to give me a broad understanding of the many elements required to successfully control and aid major project delivery.  My experience covers a diverse range of industries, which has helped to broaden my understanding of the project controls function and its applicability across the project lifecycle.  I have gained valuable experience at all levels from hands work to a senior management role where I have used a range of analytical, organisational and communication skills to manage work and liaise with senior management, clients and contractors.

Individually, I believe myself to be adaptable and flexible in my approach, and where necessary productive and concise when making difficult decisions where my influencing skills are used to engage with both individuals and groups.  I possess a wide range of personnel and key business skills, which are mixed with a good IT knowledge, helping me to be an effective contributor to the safe delivery of major project assignments.
