·     Implemented and maintained the Project Controls System which integrated the Administrative and Operational procedures for 185 employees, including networking, hardware and software integration, set-up, associated training, and maintenance.  Managed the full implementation of a design management software solution that ensured standardization and integrity of information and achieved an 80% paper-less office
