1. Additional Living Quarters on Elgin Platform : Project worth 35 million GBP which will enhance the bedding facility by additional 41 beds with facility upgrade and taking to platform capacity to 137 beds. Scope of work included Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction and commissioning with overall man-hours to the tune of +300K hrs. Consafe and Enterprise were the major fabricators for the Grillage and the 25 Modules.
Aiken’s worked on the internal architectural works and IES for the HVAC. We have already commissioned and handed over 27 beds and 14 beds with office facilities ongoing at the moment. Quarterly schedule review through running a Pertmaster Risk Analysis to identify and mitigate high risk activities.

2. Produced water Handling: Project worth 5.6million GBP facilitating to install new Compact flotation unit and associated equipment necessary to increase the overall system throughput. This project was worked in 2 phases. Phase 1 was to maximum capacity of 4000 m3 /day by upgrading the Production separator and the new CFU package with associated tie-ins which will be enhanced to 8000 m3 /day in Phase 2 with new additional CFU and a additional Produced water cooler with a sample point.
3. Dropped Object Frame for PIG Launcher 130K GBP. To repair of gas export riser ESDV and to install a pig launcher on the export line, a dropped object net was fitted at the top of Leg 3 with sequencing the number of lifting operations and installation procedure
4. Shutdown work: Part of the Total Asset planning process to ensure adequate s/d preparation, ramp down and start-up activities captured in the asset plan and mitigating high risk activities before the s/d commencement. At WGE, we had 59 modification/maintenance jobs with few minor patch works needed scheduling to be in line with the operation shutdown plan to execute the maximum work scope within the specified shutdown window.
