  • Project monitoring and Coordination with EPCM, PMC (CB&I lummus), EPC and Construction contractors.
  •  Preparing of overall project schedule using primavera 6 and incorporating various inputs form EPCM, EPC and contactors schedule.
  •  Participating in Progress review & coordination meetings with the PMC.
  •  Technical evaluation of contracts relative to their expertise in planning and scheduling and analysis in details performance.
  •  Provides staff guidance to Engineering and Construction supervisors in one or more areas of planning and scheduling.
  • Preparing management and CEO reports for the refinery standings and financial status.
  •  Specifically analyzing the areas of issues & concerns for delays & reporting to the Management.
  • Plans, schedules and provides work direction as required for the preparation of planning and scheduling controls systems and other practices to give Engineering and Constructions supervisors means to evaluate and improve the efficiency.
  •  Preparation of Baseline schedules, Level 3 Schedule, Three-weeks look ahead, Resource loading, Resource levelling using P3.
  •  Planning & scheduling level-4 for structural and piping works.
  •  Preparing of Quantity take off from BOM,Internal Budgeting & Sub-contractor Claims
  •  Preparing daily, weekly and monthly Plans, progress reports, S curves, and progress monitoring.
  •  Issuance of fabrication drawings to the shop, updating the latest revised drawings to site for construction.
  •  Provides staff guidance to Engineering and Construction supervisors in one or more areas of planning and scheduling.
  • Assists in technical evaluation of contracts relative to their expertise in planning and scheduling and analysis in details performance.
  • Coordinating with different departments in site for smooth progress flow.
  • Monitoring the activities of fabrication shop as per the schedule and updating the material delivery status
  • Specifically analyzing the areas of issues & concerns for delays & reporting to the project manager.
  •  Assisting project managers periodically and submitting the MIS reports and presentations.
  • Maintaining all the records for the additional works, change orders & variation orders for the final claims. Involved in Technical review of Sub Contractors /Vendor Monthly Invoices
