  • Planning Engineer responsible for the scheduling of Assembly and Upgrade of Offshore Barges in Caspian Sea area. Prepare the Work Breakdown Structure; determine work activity duration and resources loading. Prepare Reports, review and validate documentation. Facilitate weekly site management schedule reviews, meetings processes, procedures, systems and priorities. Critical Path Analysis. Progress analysis and reporting. Earned Value Analysis. Develop personnel resource plan. Update forecast end-dates. Monitor long lead equipment delivery dates.
