·     Support operations for Minerals in SAM (2 plants in Brazil and 1 in Bolivia), with main focus in Inventory control, CAPEX, QHSE and improve KPOs (Quality and HSE).

·     Enhance the link between Country Operations and Headquarters in Houston.

·     Responsible to prepare and present feasibility studies for SAM minerals.
