Divisional Planner, JLEP, Jubilee Line Extension Project

As Divisional Planner I managed the production of integrated tack, signalling, comms, power and building finishes programmes at each of the 18 stations and shafts on the Project and well as tuneel installtions.  I started at the commencement of the Civils phase of thw works and implemented a co-ordinated progress reporting strategy and maintained function consistancy for the division.  Assisted in mitigation of programme delays for the Division, reporting to the Deputy Project Construction Manager.
