Construction of On-Shore Marine Terminal Unit  in Yanbu this terminal recieved oil from Iraq to the in-land pipieline.

Work involved preparation of daily and three weeks look-ahead schedule, weekly key quantity forecast, weekly accomplishment / productivity report, monitoring and updating construction schedule. Preparation of labor cost forecast and assist in the preparation of Project Cost Report. Maintain orderly cost and schedule records to provide project history and records for ensuring the integrity of the project cost and schedule and historical data
