Creating WBS, and developing Baseline Schedule. Estimating Cost and determining Budget. Controlling Cost and Schedule. Performance measurement, Reporting and tracking. Verifying and cross checking progressive invoices of Vendors, Subcontractors. Preparing Progressive Invoices and getting approved from different department of ARAMCO. Preparing detail Monthly and weekly reports. Reviewing Daily Progress Report (DPR). Correspondence with client,consultant, vendors and subcontractors.
