• Planning and scheduling project activities and monitoring project progress; ensuring program is structured in line with agreed WBS and standard work codes.
• Perform program status and progress updates, ensuring progress reported is a true reflection of work achieved.
• Preparing Weekly and Monthly progress/project status report for reporting to the Client.
• Reviewing and commenting on weekly and monthly progress/project status report from Contractor.
• Performing Earned value Analysis (EVA) of EPS structure as well individual Projects under construction.

• Experienced in preparing, control and updating 'DCI ', 'RCI ', 'MCI '(Document, Requisition and Material Control Index) based on engineer and procurement phases.

• Contract administration, claim and cost Analysis and control, recasting the project’s budget cost with C.P.M. concept, and reporting using earned value techniques.

Responsibilities:

- Develop Master/Detailed Project Work Program.

- Prepare the project planning documents.

- Produce S-Curve for manpower and cash flows Primavera.

As Senior Planning Engineer for the Asia and Middle East Region, I am responsible for the execution of progress control and monitoring of the project(s) assigned to me. I also render assistance to Tendering Department for any Planning and or Scheduling related functions. As the Senior Planning Engineer I am also required to review or make any procedures related to the Planning functions in the Asia & Middle East Region.
