• Prepare, review and follow up monthly invoices. • Negotiate progress and invoice with client • Create forecast plan and forecast cost for the project • Prepare and negotiate client about de-scope • Update and monitor progress and cost of the project • Plan and distribute the work among construction mangers • Create three look ahead and three months look ahead Schedules • Create cost analyses and forecast for project departments and fields • Analyze progress delays and create recovery plans • Monitor acceleration and claim for Acceleration or Extension of time
