Created a schedule control procedure to standardise scheduling requirements through out the company and with suppliers

Replaced existing schedule reporting processess with a Primavera driven automated process, drastically improving reporting accuracy.

Creted and implemented a schedule template to standardise project delivery and capture typical governmental approval times
