Lloyds Energy, Vice President Project Services, Global FLNG Projects, London, Dubai & Moscow​ • A $15b multiple vessels, near shore LNG project designed as a generic concept with potentially global applications. • As a new start operator I started the project controls function, recruiting a small team and commenced the creation of the master control schedule and control estimate as well as establishing company policy and procedures for project management, control and governance.
