Planning Engineer, BP Exploration, Offshore pipelay and diving, structures fabrication, jacket and topsides installation, vessels upgrade

·         Produce detailed plans for major construction vessels upgrade and reactivation

·         Maintain and track contractor’s subsea structures fabrication schedules

·         Monitor procurement reports and ensure compliance with required-on-site milestones

·         Analyse and report delays within fabrication, vessels upgrade and offshore installation

·         Prepare weekly dashboards with progress S-curves and manpower histograms

·         Integrate contractors’ schedules to subsea Project Master Plan

·         Check resource loading in the contractors schedules and compare with actual site workforce

·         Work together with contractor to propose recovery plan in case of progress delays

·         Develop subsea installation Level-4 and visual Level-1 schedules for the assigned sub-projects

·         Participate in schedule risk analysis/modelling and critical path analysis

·         Compile project status and contractor performance reports; prepare S-curves

·         Ensure interface of contractors’ plans and align them

·         Liaise with operations and brownfield schedulers in order to avoid clashes in installation scope

·         Propose planning scenarios and ‘what-if’ schedules

·         Take part in schedule re-baseline exercise with the contractor

·         Provide inputs for 6-monthly cost review and participate in cost estimation meetings
