·         Managing Primavera P6 related planning at a high level containing all agreed activities, deliverables, milestones, client deliverables and all based on Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).

·         Dedicated planning role to assist the site Technicians and Project Manager on site and works with the Area Directors to ensure maximum efficiency, safety and quality on live projects.

·         Establish and maintain the project schedule on multiple projects, build and also maintain strategic relationships with external customers.

·         Develop project controls and critical paths to assist live site schemes of work.

·         Reviewing the planning process and providing regular reports on project status to senior management.

·         Performing analysis of work and develop further strategies that can potentially benefit the smooth running and efficiency of projects, working with the pre-construction, live site teams and client to provide regular reports as per client requirements to meet project objectives.

·         Performing project progress, monitoring duties including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts with progress achieved to date.

·         Implement and maintain project monitoring processes such as total float, EV, resource and costing profiles based upon company process guidelines and planning best practice.

·         Implement risk analysis on project and possession schedules.
