Project schedule manager - New Power Plants

For HPC project to built 2 EPR units in Hinckley Point, UK largest infrastructure project to start in 2016 with £20b budget over 10yr;As a member of the HPC integrated project control team, acting as a specialist in nuclear new builds and in liaison with AREVA;I integrated and managed the schedule for a scope representing ~30% budget: Nuclear Steam Supply System, Safety and Operation Control System (AREVA contract) and other EPC contracts for handling, fuel and I&C systems. The Integration completed end 2015 reached all expectations prior to Project funding and AREVA main contract signature. 
  • Owner Level 1 and Level 2 reference programme development and monthly update in a team of 8-14 schedulers (Primavera P6)
  • Collaboration with main contractors to develop and integrate their level 3/4 schedules in the Overall Project Schedule (P6, MS project, Excel/powerpoint)
  • Interface clarification, organisation of workshops between contractors, suggestions for schedule /scope /design optimisations (AutoCAD/Navisworks 3D model, 4D model)
  • Schedule/follow-up processes definition and monthly update with Project Managers, Project Controls and contractors (P6, MSP, Documentum, Excel)
  • Contract performance, reporting to owner/PM: variance, critical path, earned value analyses (P6, MSP, excel)
  • Change requests, scenarios, configuration management with PM
  • Schedule risk assumption (ARM) with PM, Risk team, contractors
  • Schedule baseline (P6, Acumen Fuse, Ecosys) with Project Board/Stakeholders
