›   Primary interface with Contractor and PM/CM on closure process of disputed, fixed and re-opened snagIDs from SnagR, and ensure quality of closure submission of fixed snagIDs within SnagR.

›   Managed process of recording, maintenance, and coordinate issuance to responsible team of MEP disciplines work pack (internal database) that captures all outstanding work from internal and external stakeholders.

›   Implemented a standard customized heat maps application to supplement internal and external progress reporting driven by work pack database and standard formatting on material inventory database combining construction and Planned Preventive Maintenance scope

›   Executed Defect/Guarantee of Works and Planned Preventive Maintenance process workflow on handed over areas (Out Patient Clinic, Hospital's Clinical Labs Department, and Central Services Building's Plaza area): ensuring responses taken are aligned to the contract, by coordinating with PPM team and QA/QC team to identify legacy work performed by previous subcontractor.

›   Primary interface with Contractor and PM/CM on deliveries of project dossier, focusing on deliveries of Operations and Maintenance Manuals (including incorporation of legacy scope performed by previous subcontractor).
