Global Environmental Services, Inc.  – Senior Project Manager (Contract)

SNF Flopam - Phase 1 of this $150MM grassroots polyacrylamide plant required close coordination with numerous Prime and subcontractors.  The scope consisted of environmental permitting, infrastructure development, plant layout, detailed design and construction.  Responsibilities included the completion of remaining construction 60% of all necessary infrastructures for the balance of the plant. As the project execution plan had already been defined and started, focus was placed on coordination of the various stakeholders and various scopes of work to ensure smooth and effective close out.  Specific considerations were incorporated into contract documents to facilitate the planning, coordination and execution between the various prime contracts.  Established contract obligations, which were clearly communicated without adding additional risk or unnecessary overhead cost.  Ensured compliance and completion of the project execution plan.  Documented and managed new issues using proven change management techniques.
