Prepare the detailed plans necessary to safely and effectivly execute maintenance work that has been selected, priortized and approved by the gate keeper.  Planning and scheduling in coordination with site scheduler.  Create and maintian task lists for repetitive jobs.  Outlined detailed work instructioons for work execution, outlining, safety advice, resource, materials, tools and services.  Create and maintain Bill Of materials (BOM) and RFI's.  Schedule PM tasks to ensure compliances with plan.
