March, 2003 Hands on responsibility for the planning function for the whole of the CTRL project. Develop and report an integrated project programme. Liase with Project Managers (RLE) to ensure compliance with deliverables and accept Contractors programmes on behalf of the Client, and estbalish detailed mitigation plans, run QSRA's. Advising Senior Management, Government Agents and Railtrack Board on programme issues. Lead programme discussions with Insurers agents on circa £70m claim for delay to Permit to Use.
