- Review monthly progress updates sent from site.
- Develop baseline schedules / tender schedules for projects.
- Produce visual aids to help explain the schedule of work, including bar charts and network diagrams.
- Monitor the progress of the project at different stages of its development.
- Make adjustments to schedules if necessary.
- Understand contractual matter, earn value method, familiar with scope management and change control.
- Prepare Presentations for Projects progress.
- Develop Master Schedule for the Project to control the whole project and calculate Yearly Target Budget & ETC.
