• Initial development of integrated, resource loaded L3 Project Schedule using planning package Primavera P6 including creation of a structured WBS.

• Progress engineering deliverables production, delivery status of materials with extensive use of Company/Partner/Client IT systems & reports.

• Implement and update the Construction schedule, S Curves for all disciplines through the project life.

• Provide forecast analysis aimed at highlighting deviations trend on completion dates, and prepare /implement the periodic reports to site management and project management.

• Collect Direct and Indirect spent man-hours, to allow productivity analysis.

• Support Critical Path analysis and define remedial actions and recovery measures to adapt maintain Contract Sail away dates.

• Develop and update detailed short-term schedules as requested by Construction Team.

• Creation of mechanical completion schedule by Sub System and update and management using Unasys.

• Create work packs to cover all potential carryover work.
